Care Taker is a digital healthcare support application operated by Shukr CodeNova Technologies. Our services are delivered digitally through the Care Taker application and related online services.
We do not sell or deliver physical products. Therefore, physical product returns are not applicable to our services.
Care Taker provides digital services, subscriptions, in-app features, and/or digital health-related information. No physical products are shipped or delivered to customers.
Because our services are digital, there is no physical product return process.
Payments made for digital services, subscriptions, or in-app features are generally non-refundable after the relevant service or feature has been activated, accessed, or used.
However, we may review refund requests in specific circumstances where a payment or service issue has occurred.
Refunds are generally not provided in the following circumstances:
Each refund request is reviewed based on the actual transaction and circumstances. Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Sometimes a payment may appear to be deducted from a customer's bank account even though the transaction is unsuccessful, pending, or the service is not activated.
If this happens, customers should first allow the payment provider or bank to complete its transaction status update. If the amount remains deducted and the service has not been activated, customers may contact us for assistance.
For duplicate payments, we will review the transaction records and, where a duplicate charge is verified, process the eligible refund according to this policy.
If you believe that a payment was made from your account without your authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request transaction information or other reasonable details required to investigate the reported transaction.
Never share your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, or other confidential banking credentials with us or with any person claiming to provide customer support.
To request a refund or report a payment-related issue, please contact our support team using the email address provided below.
To help us investigate the transaction efficiently, please provide:
Once a refund request is received, our support team may review the relevant account, payment, and service records before determining whether the request qualifies under this policy.
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 7 business days after receiving the required transaction information.
If a refund is approved, the refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to the applicable payment provider and banking processes.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method may depend on the relevant bank, payment network, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment service provider.
Customers may request cancellation of an eligible subscription or digital service before the relevant service has been activated or used, where cancellation is technically and commercially applicable.
Once a digital service, subscription, or paid feature has been activated, accessed, or used, cancellation will generally not result in a refund unless the transaction qualifies for an exception under this policy.
Where a subscription includes an automatic renewal feature, customers should cancel the subscription before the next renewal date where such cancellation functionality is available.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Cashfree, UPI applications, banks, card networks, or other authorized payment services.
Payment processing, transaction confirmation, settlement, reversal, or refund-credit timing may depend on the applicable payment provider or banking institution.
Care Taker does not control the processing timelines of third-party banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or payment networks.
However, where a refund is approved by us, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment channel according to the transaction and payment-provider process.
We make reasonable efforts to keep Care Taker services available and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, internet connectivity, third-party services, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Temporary service interruption alone does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where a payment has been successfully completed but the purchased service was not provided due to a verified issue attributable to our service, the transaction may be reviewed under the refund provisions of this policy.
Care Taker may provide digital features relating to medicines, food-related information, lab reports, reminders, care management, and general health-related information.
Such information is intended for general educational and informational purposes and is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or professional medical advice.
Refund eligibility is based on the payment and service conditions described in this policy and does not depend on any medical outcome, diagnosis, treatment result, or healthcare decision.
Shukr CodeNova Technologies may update this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment processes, business practices, or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with the applicable "Last updated" date.
