By using Care Taker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the application immediately.
Care Taker is designed to help users manage:
The application is intended solely for informational, reminder, organizational, and general health-information purposes.

By using Care Taker, you agree to:
Any information, recommendations, reminders, scan results, or AI-generated analysis provided by Care Taker are for informational purposes only and should be independently verified with a qualified healthcare professional before being used for medical decisions.
While Care Taker attempts to deliver reminders and notifications reliably, we do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time or without interruption.

Care Taker may provide AI-assisted analysis of uploaded prescriptions, medicine images, food images, laboratory or health reports, PDFs, and other health-related content. AI-generated analysis is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular person or medical situation. AI analysis should not be treated as a medical diagnosis, professional medical advice, or a definitive interpretation of any health information.
Where Care Taker displays an AI-generated scan or analysis result within the application, the application may also display an appropriate medical disclaimer or warning near the result to remind users that the result is informational only and should be verified by a qualified healthcare professional.
Care Taker may offer subscription plans, analysis plans, paid features, or other services that require payment. Applicable prices, plan details, usage limits, duration, and charges will be displayed to the user before a purchase is completed.
Payments may be processed through supported payment methods, including UPI and Cashfree payment services. By initiating a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to the selected payment method and the applicable provider's terms.
Where a Care Taker subscription or paid service provides recurring renewal, the applicable renewal terms, renewal period, and price will be presented to the user before or during purchase as applicable. A subscription may renew according to the selected plan unless it is cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.
Users may cancel a subscription or recurring service using the cancellation method made available by Care Taker or the applicable payment/platform provider. Cancellation may prevent future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for amounts already paid.
Refunds, where available, will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms, payment-provider rules, platform rules, and applicable law. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated for a particular purchase, completed payments may be non-refundable after the applicable service, subscription period, or paid feature has been activated or used.
If a payment is deducted but the corresponding service, subscription, balance, or purchased feature is not correctly activated, users should contact Care Taker support with the relevant order or transaction information so that the transaction can be reviewed and reconciled.
For questions regarding subscriptions, payments, failed transactions, refunds, account issues, or paid features, users may contact Care Taker using the support contact information provided in these Terms.
When contacting support regarding a payment, users should provide the relevant order ID, transaction reference, registered phone number or account identifier, payment date, and other information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction. Users should not send passwords, UPI PINs, card PINs, bank passwords, or other payment authentication secrets to support.
Care Taker allows users to upload certain reports, prescriptions, medicine images, food images, PDFs, laboratory or health reports, and other content for supported features and analysis.
